Gratitude defeats fear 

Mindfulness defeats anxiety 

Emotions live in the heart 

But they flow out as radiations of energies 

I let the world be here 

The way only I can see 

Visualising the positive outcome 

Through now traveling to future 

Sadness 

It accompanied me for some time 

It drinks my energy from my eyes 

And from my blood

But what it is 

Just a wave 

And suffering is joy

When the storm is coming all my body feels tense and my muscles feel tense as a prison my head pushing on my brain as if it was a rock.

But I sleep on the floor and half a meter over me is a meter and a half big window suddenly I see from the floor a few lightings I hear the thunders from star away. Sometimes we call that giants playing bowling 🎳.

And then finally the rain comes and my whole body eases I feel the smell of water in the air the water that traveled miles from oceans and flought in clouds touching the winds of seagulls leaving south. And the rainy air enters my room and washes away all the worries and pain and I relax in it's sound as if I've heard every single drop of rain fall on the hot pavements and soil in the park nearby
