Letting the time flow

My body is the temple of my soul. It is like a house a consciousness lives in. And what consciousness really is? Can I say that it belongs to me? Or is it the same consciousness everyone has?

I struggle with not liking myself. Often I blame myself for what I do and for the way I live. As if I had to keep secret anything I do because all my choices were wrong.

But I still have a body I need to take care of. And if I can't love my mind I can at least try to take good care of the body. The body is a gift from the nature. Borrowed to us for a short moment.

We can also think the body is the gift from God. And if we know God gave us this body through nature, we know that nature was the medium through which God put us into the world. And so if we have trouble with believing in God, we can at least see the fact that nature is the medium through which we came into life.

There are thousands of books and videos on the internet. And we can never find an end of any conversation. It could go on forever. But there is one thing that is also somewhat like a book. Our body with all its sicknesses and healthy parts. Our body with all the scars and memories. It too is like a book in which you can read.

Just walking consciously on the floor, you can feel your feet touching the ground. Raising your hands into the sky, you can feel your back stretch. And then there are all the organs that you can't feel like heart, liver or stomach.

And the eyes, are they the same eyes you saw the world with then you were a child?
