Money

There is a famous saying "time is money". And another one "money is power". By buying anything we don't only give our time we used to make this money to the person we buy from. We also give this person the power to continue in whatever it's creating. Do we know who we give the power when we buy a coffee or a box of juice? And does being poor mean that the universe doesn't trust me that I would use the power the money provides wisely? Once we know this we start to research more about what kind of a wolrd we create by giving our power through money to various associations and people. Prehaps we then start to be more selective about who we support and what kind of a world we would be happy to live in. Prehaps once we move in this world so wisely and carefuly the money and the power it contains lose its primary state in our set of values. Prehaps they start to appear more in our life through this realization.

Once Ive heard a quote: Money is a way of exchanging skills with people without having to be acquianted with them. What that means is when somebody makes a coffee for you for free it means you have to be their friend you owe them a coffee a smile or support when they need it. But when you buy the coffee and pay for it, its different. They did something for you, you did something for them and there it ends. But the reality is still the same, we all do things for each other and support each other. Once we get comfortable with recieving service from others and also servicing them when they need it we realise this nature of money and we can connect to money and what we use them for in a healthier way.
